by train
- from Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof (low) take any S-Bahn in the direction of the city center (S-Bahn platform 101/102 in the direction of Frankfurt Süd, Offenbach, Hanau, etc.)
- at the S-Bahn station Hauptwache change to U1/U2/U3/U8 direction north (subway platform direction Ginnheim, Gonzenheim, Hohemark)
- from the subway stop Grüneburgweg approx. 100m walk into town
by car
- from freeway junction Frankfurt-Nordwest direction F-Miquelallee (A 66)
- at the end of the freeway continue straight ahead on Miquelallee
- at the 2nd traffic light turn right into Eschersheimer Landstraße
- after approx. 1 km (after crossing Grüneburgweg) you will find the Musikhochschule on the right hand side
by plane
- from S-Bahn station Frankfurt-Flughafen with S8/S9 direction Hanau
- at the S-Bahn station Hauptwache change to U1/U2/U3 direction north (subway platform direction Ginnheim, Gonzenheim, Hohemark)
- from subway stop Grüneburgweg approx. 100m walk into town

Here you will find more classrooms and administrative rooms of the HfMDK.
From the university: Follow Eschersheimer Landstraße out of town until the next intersection. There, turn left onto "Grüneburgweg". Change sides of the street and turn right after the REWE into "Im Trutz Frankfurt". Continue straight ahead until you reach Gervinusstraße and turn left. After a few meters you will find the entrance on your left.
By subway: From the subway stop Grüneburgweg, walk a few meters out of town until you reach Gervinusstraße and turn onto this street. After about 220 meters of walking straight ahead, the entrance to Gervinusstraße 15 is on your left.
