Richard Wagner Society (RWV) Frankfurt am Main: Bayreuth Scholarship
» I am very happy and grateful to have been selected for the Bayreuth Scholarship and to have had the opportunity to experience the Bayreuth Festival live. It was an incredible experience to see some of probably the world's best singers and orchestral musicians on the world-famous opera stage in Bayreuth. A particular highlight for me was the performance of Tannhäuser, whose daring and boundary-breaking staging and interpretation opened a new door of art for me, embedding and translating the operatic material into today's world. A unique and magnificent experience that I will never forget. «Andrea Braun, Bayreuth scholarship holder 2023

Bayreuth-Stipendium 2025: Bewerbungsformular und Informationsblatt
» The stay in Bayreuth was a really exciting experience! On the one hand, of course, the 3 opera visits (The Flying Dutchman, Parsifal, Tannhäuser) in a world-class opera house with its unique acoustics. On the other hand, the supporting program, the opportunity to visit the Villa Wahnfried and the Richard Wagner Museum and much more. The guided tour of the Festspielhaus was also an absolute highlight. Being able to share all of this with many young colleagues, exchange ideas and make new contacts was really special. «Tim-Lukas Reuter, Bayreuth Scholarship Holder 2023
