The Society of Friends and Patrons of the Frankfurt University of Music and Performing Arts (GFF)
Excellent training conditions for artists, teachers and academics: this is what the more than 440 members of the Society of Friends and Patrons of the Frankfurt University of Music and Performing Arts (GFF), founded in 2007, are committed to. Among them are committed personalities and companies from the region, organizations, university teachers as well as graduates and students.
With a funding volume of around 350,000 euros per year, the GFF is one of the most effective funding associations at German art universities. The GFF supports the Deutschlandstipendium at the HfMDK, finances the purchase of precious instruments and makes special projects possible. This includes the financing of guest professorships and master classes. The GFF supports major opera and drama productions at the HfMDK, as well as study trips, workshops and student projects.
