String chan­ges & in­stru­ment main­ten­an­ce

Stu­dents of the HfMDK can ap­p­ly for a grant for a set of new strings, new bow co­vers, in­stru­ment main­ten­an­ce or ma­te­ri­als from the 1,000 euro scho­l­ar­ship fund of the So­cie­ty of Fri­ends and Pa­trons (GFF).

Dr. Elke Bohl, a mem­ber of the So­cie­ty of Fri­ends and Pa­trons, pro­vi­des the fun­ding.

One-off grant for a set of new strings, new bow co­vers, in­stru­ment main­ten­an­ce or ma­te­ri­als.

50% of the costs can be co­ve­r­ed up to a ma­xi­mum of 100 eu­ros against a re­ce­ipt from an in­stru­ment ma­ker's work­shop or mu­sic shop.

Open to stu­dents of ar­tis­tic mu­sic stu­dies and tea­cher trai­ning cour­ses.

Ap­p­li­ca­ti­ons can be sub­mit­ted at any time, the­re are no dead­lines. In or­der to en­su­re a fair dis­tri­bu­ti­on of the fund, each stu­dent can ap­p­ly for a grant only once per se­mes­ter.
