Study counseling
Advice on general topics related to studying at the HfMDK is available at our student-run help center and during office hours with the head of the Student Services Department.
If you are not yet studying with us and have questions about our degree programs or the online application, please contact the help center. Our study counseling is primarily aimed at people who are already studying with us.
Do you have specific questions about individual courses, about modules, or are you not sure how to arrange your schedule? Then contact the dean's offices in your department: Department 1, Department 2, Department 3.

Study counseling
Our counseling service is primarily aimed at people who are already studying with us. Silke Hennen is the contact person for your studies at the HfMDK and all questions related to them. For example:
- Individual concerns that affect your course of study at the HfMDK
- Compensation for disadvantages/organization of studies for students with disabilities or chronic illnesses
- Studying with a child
Open office hours of the study counseling
Every Tuesday between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. in room C 108. Pre-registration is not required. Individual appointments may be cancelled, please check this page to find out if the appointment will take place on the selected Tuesday.
